GovernanceTransparency, trust and integrity are fundamental to our business.

As a responsible business, we are committed to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Our Code of Conduct (“the Code”) sets out the rules and standards that everyone in the company must follow. These are core principles and expectations with respect to business conduct, and are underpinned by a set of policies and procedures that are key in supporting and implementing the Code.

Our overall ambition is to ensure that everyone in the company makes ethical, responsible and profitable decisions.

Our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy sets out what we do to maintain the highest level of ethical standards in the conduct of our business affairs, with zero tolerance of bribery and corruption.

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 is designed to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. Verus Petroleum is committed to ensuring that neither slavery or human trafficking are present in our supply chains or any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Act Statement sets out the steps we have taken to realise that commitment.

In the course of our business, we will process some level of personal data as part of the management of staff and dealings with business partners and other third party organisations.

Our Data Privacy Policy enshrines key principles to ensure that personal data is processed lawfully, securely and in a way that instils confidence in company procedures.
